10th June, Thursday Night regular Pubg session
Hammered this game ever since it was released, just completed first run through. So much much. The variety of weapons and powerups, makes for an amazing gaming expereince, Several times I had to switch Guns, Powerups and tactics to get by some of the sections and end of level bosses.
Already wanting to begin a new run through, with another character type and combos :-)
So excited to play this game, its from one of my favorites developers. TIKIPOD
Played the previous game so much, still playing it . Wasnt sure to get PC or XboxX version, went for PC

Loving this game, some great weapons and powerups and the tune is so awesome (so retro) #TikiPodLtd nailed it again. The dificulty is scaling up really well, giving me time to try out new weapons/powerups and combos. SO MUCH FUN

I had a great afternoon yesterday at Arcade Hub with Luke and Dave. We played tons of pinball and arcade games. Centipede is still excellent, and Tales of the Crypt is a bloody great pin.
Crazy world, Luke beat Dave and me on pinball; the kid has some solid pins skills. But I skill dominated on Centipede and Kungfu Master :-)

I have been looking forward to this book; I read Crash, ZzAPP!64 back in the day. It was the only magazine that seemed to speak to me, not at me when i was a kid. I would take a bus into the city center, and pick up the latest copy from WH Smiths. Oliver Frey art is fantastic. The cover for Crash episode one, is still my favourite picture of all time, AN ALIEN PLAYING SPACE INVADERS. classic
Just skipping through the book quickly, the images he created, just WOW, he is so talented. It is incredible to me how some people can create these fantastic pieces of art, and for me, Oliver is one of the best

Finally managed to take down Phrike, the Boss from the Overgrown Ruins biome.
Stage one and two went really well, not much damage taken. But holy crap, in stage three I made so many errors and took so much damage. Luckily I was equipped with a ‘Spaceman’ (extra life) and a healing item. Think the nerves got to me towards the end.
Loving the game, but bloody hell it can be brutal
Quite enjoying Returnal on PS5, controls and gameplay is awesome. Loving the world, feels like I am in Prometheus.
I am sure the middle bosses have got harder to beat since the update, else I am losing my skills ;-)
So addictive
Dave and Lewis combine to take down two enemies towards the end of the game. Pressure is on, the circle is reducing and we need to move, QUICKLY.
Dave jumps in the Jeep and drives towards the centre with me in the shotgun seat, Lewis and Chris on the hill, heading towards the centre on foot.
