A small area in the garage which I use to try and fix up the boards and consoles.
Currently, I have the arcade board Xain’d Sleena running on a Vogatek Supergun, attached to the TV. The board runs fine, apart from no sound.
Also on the side unit is a broken Track & Field board, faulty graphics.

ZXSpectrum +2, and tons of games
I just got back from picking up these gaming gems from a nice chap in Scarborough for just £9.99 plus petrol. Happy as hell, all working and some of the games have receipts (Will post pics of the receipts laters)
I love retro gaming/collecting

New edition to my gaming collection, one from my ‘Most Wanted’ list -Tempest 2000
I have been after this game for 18 months, ever since played it at R3play2010 whilst the game designer Jeff Minter watched. I really enjoy Llamasoft’s output, I even bought the console just so that I could play this game.
I just had an hour session on it, awesome shump and mega music. Everything I was hoping for, also some great power ups. The game is fast, but not to fast. I feel a real sense of achievement when I beat my last score or get to a new level. This is a MUST HAVE GAME, and I am so happy I now have it.
I could do with seeing if the console can be modded to support RGB output?, Off to shoot some enemy webs

Game Room 2012 -Video
Video of the family’s games room which has a mix of current and retro game systems, all systems connected and ready for play.
My wife and our daughters use the room mainly to play Kinect (dance central, sports), my son uses it as his main video gaming room, that’s his xbox360 and Skylanders figures. I use the room mainly to play coop with my son and to have a blast on the older games machines. -

R3play 2011, retro gaming event
Craig, Chris, Dave, Pete and Steve at the r3play 2011 retro gaming event. Attended both the Saturday and Sunday, stayed overnight in blackpool (lots of beers and a bit of Karaoke).
Had a brilliant time, the event gets better each year. We lost Dave early days to the Pinball Alley, mostly ‘The Addams Family’ machine. I was so lost into the gaming that I just forgot to take many pics or vids. We good to meet some of the folks from Jammaplus forums, and some of the cabs. Sweet. Managed to get to quite alot of the talks this time around, really interesting. This event needs to be on Monthly.
Again, all with big grins on our face all day long.
